The Kriya Yoga Center is a traditional Yoga Center offering classes in Asana (posture), Meditation, the classic 8 limbs of Yoga Philosophy and many other spiritual subjects. All are 
welcome here.
Michael began his studies with his Guru, Goswami Kriyananda, in the early 1970's, focusing on Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Mysticism and Astrology. He has been teaching ever since.
